I have been really bad at buying groceries and eating at home recently, so yesterday i decided to hit up my neighbor (meaning my friend on this side of the bridge) nell to see if she had any dinner plans.
we debated a little bit trying to figure out what to have, and being the foodie that nell is, came up with the great idea of ramen!
I have heard so many good things about katana-ya on geary that i was super excited to try it. wait was a little long but so glad we decided to wait!
nick and rad joined us and it was bomb. i got the house dish, where they throw almost everything into one bowl. potstickets, fried chicken, bamboo shoot, and a half an egg. broth was a little thick compared to other ramen ive tried, but deleesh non the less.
will def be coming back to try their other varieties, but maybe later or after the rush so i dont have to wait in line.
