This was probably one of the best memorial day weekend's to date. granted i dont really remember what past memorial days were like (bad memory). But i'll say it again, the older i get the more appreciative i am of all my great friends (more like family).
The weekend started on friday. my work so graciously gave us the half day off (paid). Me and the girls bought our tickets for SATC2 the day they came out and got tix at kabuki. Bliss came up with the great idea of doing adobo burritos before the movie, so i swooped crass from work and off to papalotes on fulton we go for a burrito run. it was so meant to be. They were having a "burrito happy hour" and all adobo burritos were buy 1 get 1 free. so for a total of 7 burritos it came out to only $35! talk about lucky! i asked them to put the sour cream and guac on the side so in case anyone wanted to reheat their burrito they could and not worry about warm sour cream (ewwwwww). crass also grabbed some half baked fro-yo...omg sooo good it tastes jus as good as the real thing! great alternative to you folks out there that love ice cream, but want to skip out on all the calories.

met up at my house first, then we trekked out to the filmore/japantown to watch the movie. i could talk about the movie, but i think i'll skip it and just say it was awesome! granted there were some corny parts of the movie, but for the most part...i would totally recommend it to all those die hard SATC fans.

After the movie, we trekked back to my place and all 9 girls got ready at my house and pre-faded before the club. our club of choice was infusion that nite. I put us on the list for fluid just in case as well.
it was nice having the girls over...it felt like high school again. gettin ready & pre-fading. good times. i left my camera at my house and totally forgot to bring it to the club. but what a nite out! besides the drama (with dumb beezzys at the club), people losing their phones, and and some throw-up on my carpet i had a great time! and that's all i have to say about that. i love my FP sistas and still had an awesome nite!
cant wait for the wedding on saturday! (awwww getting all emo jus thinking about it)
pre-fade before the club

Saturday morning rolled around, and yes i went to watch SATC2 again. this time with my nicole. our seats at kabuki were a little close so it was nice to watch it again in the middle of the theater. after wards finally got to get some pizza that i have been craving for! yummmmm...took nicole to pasquale's....it was soooo bomb. we opted to make our own pizza. garlic, feta, tomato, artichoke. soooooo deleeesssh, and was the perfect meal after going out to drink.
after pizza, we went to get swensen's ice cream. yes swensen's! flashbacks of my childhood came flowing back. Me and my family going to the one in vallejo after hulu practice. its a panda express now, kinda depressing actually and a tall tale sign of what is happening to vallejo. less and less mom and pop shops, more and more chains everywhere.

yummm cookies and cream with marble fudge!
sunday rolled around and what to do but bbq! i had a major craving for oysters, so pep, lea, crass, and mark came thru. pep made his now famous sauces for the oysters and we went through those babies in no time. soooo good...on top of the his roasted tomatos, my seafood pasta, mark's rice kripies, lea bringing berries, brown sugar and sour cream, and crass' ice cream snickers bar. pretty crackin bbq! Lan and mel came thru after carnaval, another cracking nite in the books. we freakin played wii golf till like 2AM! hella funny.

my parents also came thru with the mechado, and fried chicken wings...yummm! naked wings that is, just the way i like em!
